European construction and Federalism
year 2005 unfortunately marked a stop in the process of European construction : two countries rejected the constitutional treaty (for which had to vote Oui although any did not go in the direction of my thought) because of rather pathetic reasons. One can wonder whereas to make to reform EU ? Apparently, the treaty died in its form current (separately if holding them of Not changes opinion and realize that it badly included/understood the text or that the situation changed…), it is thus necessary is to agree to continue in this system which is seized up so easily, is to organize a top of reform which passes to the top citizens in the countries where is possible, that is to say to try to find a compromise around a new constitution with 25 and soon 27 and more. The compromise in the French language is like opulence in the studied language, that does not exist !
(While passing followed L topicality’well but I did not see a great social movement in Europe for a " less liberal" treaty : Germany and Poland in particular passed on the right after their legislative.)
And yet a reform is necessary when one sees that it is necessary more than 6 months to find an agreement with the forceps on the budget with with the key hardly more than 1% of the GDP.
My ideal and I located that it is that little to divide by Europeans, is the federalism. A parliamentary State federal with a defense, a politics foreign, monetary and economic common. A clean and important budget based on a social and ecological objective. A share of the national structures reduced to the culture and local safety, it would then have there more possibilities national oppositions face to face in the majority of the European population : I think that is that the democracy.
That does not want to say the end of the national identities since the culture and education would be still dedicated to the national parliaments, that wants right statement acceptance of this qu is realities for me, the interests of the European states are overall the same ones, one thus changes scale and henceforth, the life of the citizens is not done any more on the level of State, but of our very small continent to already see a part of the world.
Well on assertion a capacity power station takes time and must be accepted and admitted by the population under sorrow to create revolts (cf the situation in Africa) but is for me objective towards which Europe must tend to become EU : Utopia Européenne, which, I fear it, will never exist.

Sunday, I met a goddess...
Sunday proceeded the jubilee to celebrate the 50 years of the DS. Procession with the foot of triumphal arch and exposure to the program. Because finally as much I hate beaufs pathetic (kind the famous tourists of St tropez which makes hunting for the " star ") parce that they seem unhappy me, that it defend institutions morally condemnable (kind the bullfighting) or that they want to affirm their personality in stereotypes (fan of foot which passes its life to the bar by leaving his wife and her children alone to the house for the drudgeries), as much people which seems happy to do something without that influencing their front everyday life, I find that well…
